9:30 a.m. Visit first appointment of the day (generated from successful prospecting calls from the prior morning). Get merchant processing statement to send in to headquarters for a cost comparison. 10:00 a.m. Drop off cost-comparison and complete application with a new merchant. Fax application into headquarters.
11:30 a.m. Drop by one of your newly approved clients to complete their terminal download (usually a quick and easy task!)
12:30 p.m. Swing in to grab a quick bit to eat at the local deli (that just happens to be your client). Be sure to pay with your card and earn some money in the process!
1:15 p.m. Attend a FlashBanc live training conference call from your home office.
2:30 p.m. Grab the kids from school.
3:00 p.m. Prospect businesses near your next appointment.
3:30 p.m. Arrive at final appointment of the day and pick up another merchant processing statement.
4:45 p.m. Call leads and business contacts for appointments, return e-mails, etc.
5:30 p.m. Attend fourth appointment, chamber/rotary meeting, or networking event.
6:15 p.m. Drive home, keeping an eye out for good prospects to remember for the next day.
